PROSUPPORT TUBE SYSTEM

PROSUPPORT TUBE SYSTEM is an adjustable and modular pedestal system for outdoor floating floors from the height of 29 mm to 1000 mm. The system is composed of 1 base, 2 screws, 1 flange, 2 heads and several plastic pipes to obtain the requested height. Both heads, according to the screw, can be fix or self-levelling.

PROSKIRTING LIST 40-80

Proskirting list 40-80 is a skirting/ Baseboard profile in different finishes anodized, polished, brusched, varnished aluminium, 40 and 80 mm high and 10 mm wide which can be fixed directly to the wall with adhesive (PKLT .. 40A and PKLT .. 80A non-inspectable version) or with aluminum supports (inspectable version PKLT .. 40 and PKLT .. 80). The aluminum supports, 20 mm long, are fixed with plugs to the wall, every about 50 cm. PROSKIRTING LIST 40 - 80 in aluminum is suitable in any indoor environment.

PROJOLLY ANGLE 135

PROJOLLY ANGLE 135 is a polished and satin stainless steel profile that can be use as protection for the 135° corners of coverings. Its particular section, the availability in two different finishes make PROJOLLY ANGLE 135 a much soughtafter profile that allows an elegant workmanlike application.

PROINTER KL ACC

PROINTER KL ACC is a cove-shaped profile in stainless steel AISI 304/1.4301-V2A. The profile allows to connect the floor and wall coverings in ceramic and mosaic also with low thickness. It is particularly suitable to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in every kind of environment where good resistance to mechanical and chemical stresses are required. Its particular section makes PROSHELL KL ALL a much sought after profile.

PROFLEX ACN

PROFLEX ACN is a movement joint suitable for vehicular traffic composed by two interlocked sliding stainless steel profiles. The two stainless steel profiles have punched flanges which guarantee a perfect fixing to the support and a correct movement. PROFLEX ACN stainless steel is suitable for all areas with heavy chemical and mechanical stress. Lay the joints according to UNI 11493-1.

PROLEVELING SYSTEM

PROLEVELING SYSTEM has further developed; thanks to the research and development of PROGRESS PROFILES, once the installation has been completed and after the breakage of the levellers, there will not be any spacers in the joints in accordance with UNI 11493. The other components of the system do not change; cross, T and linear of 1, 2, 3 and 5 mm, transparent tierod for tiles of thickness between 3 and 40 mm.

MULTISPACER

Removable and reusable spacer for joints of tiled floors and walls. Its little tabs and open shape allows various uses with a perfect joint and view of the junctions among tiles during the laying.

DISTANZIATORE PERIMETRALE PROSUPPORT SYSTEM

Perimeter spacer in stainless steel AISI 316L / 1.4404 - V4A for laying outdoor raised floors. The profile creates a perimeter escape 5 mm wide, favoring the correct flow of rainwater; moreover, thanks to the rounded fin with which it is provided, it does not damage the waterproofing sheath. The slit width of 0.5 cm and the length of 18 cm ensure perfect anchorage of the spacer with the heads of the Prosupport system.

PROLEVELING WEDGE SYSTEM

Leveling system for tiles composed of 3 elements: wedge, leveler and plier. The levelers are available for grout lines of 1/1.5/2 and 3 mm and are suitable for tiles with thickness from 3 to 12 mm. The wedge, with a length of 90 mm and a width of 22 mm, is inserted during the laying inside the leveler and thanks to the plier we get a complete flatness between adjacent tiles. When the adhesive is hardened, kick the wedges and the protruding part of the levelers along the grout line.

PROSLIDER - PROSLIDER LR

Profiles of stainless steel AISI 304 / 1.4301-V2A and aluminium respectively, that allow an unbroken connection without steps for floor overlapped to an existing one and to protect the edges of the floor. Both profiles are equipped with a perforated wing that guarantees the connection under the tile and are both suitable for any environment where a high resistance to mechanical stress is required.

PROTERRACE ECO DRIP

PROTERRACE ECO DRIP is an edging profile in aluminium designed to protect the front of the screed from water penetration and the edges of the tiles laid on terraces and balconies. The profile is equipped with a punched flange that ensures its fixing to the support. The front the profile is equipped with a double drip to improve the push away of water from the wall.

PRODESO® DRAIN SYSTEM

PRODESO® DRAIN SYSTEM is an innovative and patented membrane of last generation for the screed draining and waterproofing to guarantee a correct and quick drying of the adhesive under the tile in case of large sizes too. The “inner room” drying and drainage area which is created under the tile prevents the rise of triacetates present in the adhesives, which otherwise would cause the appearance of efflorescence in the joints. The product consists of a high density polyethylene sheet, with semicircular truncated pyramidal cavities, to which is thermo-welded a draining fabric above and, below, it is thermo-glued a nonwoven fabric. The great innovation, which allows to drain and waterproof with the same membrane, is the tape with adhesive butyl sheet that protrudes laterally. PRODESO® DRAIN uncoupling and vapour management features allow its application on not perfectly cured substrates. Easy and quick to install, it has an overall thickness of only 5 mm, less than any other system and does not require the use of special adhesives. Versatility is an essential quality of this product: made to ensure the insulation and make the laying of tiles easy  both outdoor and in indoor humid areas too: such as SPA spas or indoor pools. An innovative technology that perfectly combines with a simplicity, speed and effectiveness of installation.

PRODESO® HEAT STICK MEMBRANE

PRODESO® HEAT STICK MEMBRANE is an uncoupling and waterproofing membrane in polypropylene with a thickness of 5.5 mm. The membrane is provided on top with pseudo-square reliefs which create channels for fixing the electric heating cable. On the back of the membrane there is a layer of adhesive which guarantees its fixing to the support, clean plywood, OSB with primer and concrete subfloor. Thanks to its particular geometry PRODESO® HEAT STICK MEMBRANE transfers loads directly to the support and guarantees the laying of any flooring and waterproofing even in case of cracked and moisture-sensitive substrates.

PRODESO® HEAT KIT SYSTEM

PRODESO® HEAT KIT SYSTEM* is composed of various boards of uncoupling membrane, which allows the cable installation, of a thermostat kit and of an electric heating cable. The three available kits have been specially designed for bathrooms with more common size.

PRODESO® ECO STICK MEMBRANE is an uncoupling and waterproofing membrane in polyethylene with a thickness of 3.5 mm. The membrane is provided on top with dovetail square cavities and on bottom with a layer of adhesive which guarantees its fixing to the support, clean plywood, OSB with primer and concrete subfloor. Thanks to its particular geometry PRODESO® ECO STICK MEMBRANE transfers loads directly to the support and guarantees the laying of any flooring and the waterproofing even in case of cracked and moisture-sensitive substrates.

PRODESO® ECO MEMBRANE

PRODESO® ECO is an uncoupling and waterproofing membrane for problematic supports and horizontal surface of any size that does not require expansion joints in the screed before laying ceramic and natural stone tiles. PRODESO® ECO ensures the laying of every flooring also in case of cracked and not perfectly cured substrates and therefore with possible vapor pressure and in case of old tiles. PRODESO® ECO is a membrane in high density polyethylene provided with a grid structure of square cavities, each cut back in a dovetail configuration. On the back side it is provided with a non-woven thermo-welded polypropylene fabric that guarantees the adhesion with the adhesive.
