Proterrace System

An innovative system for terraces, balconies and cantilevered structures, PROTERRACE SYSTEM has been designed by Progress Profiles to protect the edges of tiles as well as the screed from water filtrations, and to enable proper water flow. The system consists of a complete, diverse range of multifunctional perimeter profiles, made of painted aluminium, in shades of white, grey, anthracite grey, dark brown; weathering corten steel and, on request, beige and stainless steel, which replace “L” ceramic elements and marble drips. The profiles are equipped with a perforated anchoring flap ensuring perfect adherence to the substrate; a vertical section that protects the screed from water infiltrations and covers the edge of the flooring, as well as an innovative drop-breaker and slots for filtered water to escape between the profile and the tile (“Drain” version). The ideal solution to minimise or avoid restoration and painting maintenance.
